To contribute skills for people to resolve conflicts without resorting to violence, to contribute to healing past pain, and to help create a world that works for all.

Vision

To be leaders in interpersonal communication skills training and empowerment. To model in our internal organizational workings the values of power-with and holding everyone's needs as precious, as we teach the process of how to do this in the wider world.
